About

A Safe Space to Be Seen, Heard, and Supported

I’m a licensed mental health counselor committed to creating a safe, supportive, and compassionate space where each person feels heard, valued, and understood. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I work alongside each client to help them better understand themselves, express their needs in healthy ways, and develop skills that support meaningful change. My approach is attachment-based and collaborative, with a focus on understanding what lies beneath the “here and now.” I believe our thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationships can provide important insight into what we may be experiencing beneath the surface. Together, we can explore these patterns, build self-awareness, and identify strategies that feel comfortable and meaningful for you. I specialize in working with depression, self-harm, and suicidal ideation, and I’m especially passionate about supporting children and teens, as well as anyone who feels stuck or unsure of how to move forward. Whether you’re navigating a difficult season, struggling to communicate your needs, or simply feeling like you’re in a rut, you don’t have to work through it alone. Reaching out for help can be one of the hardest steps to take. I encourage you to take that first step toward caring for yourself. Therapy may not always be easy, but you can expect me to walk alongside you with compassion, honesty, and genuine care throughout the journey. Investing in yourself is an investment in a happier, healthier future. You are worth it. If you’re interested in learning more or scheduling a consultation, please send an appointment request.
